Every pull rate and every edition cap is published before the drop opens. If a page cannot show you its odds, you should not be able to buy from it.

The rule we will not bend

Pull rates must add to exactly 100% before a collection can be published, and the edition cap is fixed before a single card is sold. Raising a cap requires the creator plus two OFC officers and is logged in public.
